Meet Shah Atiqur Rahman, Software Engineering Manager, Listing Intelligence. We spoke to him about his role in leading our Listing Intelligence (Search) group and the methods which he makes a distinction at Realtor.com. Here's what he said: Q. Tell us about your team. A. We own nine backend search services that are core to the company's success. Among the most essential is the Search API, which powers results on the Search results page page. Our tech stack consists of Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, Docker, EKS and AWS artifacts. We also work closely with the Artificial intelligence team to bring AI-driven features to the customer experience, such as search relevance improvements and AI-powered search. We're a collective, friendly group that prioritizes strong onboarding and constant assistance. New staff member are guided through the ramp-up procedure until they're confident taking complete ownership of their work. Each employee is helpful to other staff member when dealing with obstacles. We value a culture where wins are renowned freely, and obstacles are owned together. We likewise make time for team-building, whether it's virtual hangouts or in-person parties, to keep friendship strong. Q. What's your greatest accomplishment so far at Realtor.com? A.
